Steven James is a singer/songwriter from the prairies of Canada. Growing up listening to his parents 90's country band "Silk Lasso", he was destined to perform. He formed the group "The Heist" with his brother, Spencer, in Toronto in 2015 and topped Canadian pop charts with their songs "All I Want" and "Dangerous". After the band split in 2018, Steven and his brother continued their pursuit of music by returning to their country roots. Now they work on their debut album to release out of Austin, Texas.
